At Oakview Primary School, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to discover what they are capable of, to experience success and to develop the confidence and ambition to shape their own future. Our Pupil Premium offer is about making sure that disadvantage does not become a barrier to opportunity. We want our disadvantaged pupils to feel valued, included and ambitious, and to have every opportunity to aspire, achieve and act with kindness.

Our approach is broad and ambitious. Alongside high-quality teaching and targeted academic support, we provide opportunities that enrich our pupils’ experiences, develop their interests and raise their aspirations. This includes access to clubs, educational visits, leadership opportunities and wider personal development experiences, alongside targeted support through partners such as CHEXS Family Support and opportunities such as The Brilliant Club for our older pupils. We actively seek to place our disadvantaged pupils at the heart of our school offer, ensuring they have the opportunity to experience, participate, lead and succeed.
