Special Educational Needs
Our Special Educational Needs Coordinator is Jackie Lynch
She can be contacted on 01992 939979At Oakview Primary School, we are committed to helping every child flourish and reach their full learning potential. When a child may need extra support, we recognise the importance of identifying their needs as early as possible. We follow a graduated approach, as outlined in the SEND Code of Practice, to ensure that support is both timely and appropriate.
Our class teachers are experienced in meeting a wide range of learning needs, and our SENDCo, Mrs Jackie Lynch, works closely with both families and staff to provide the most effective support for each child.
To learn more about how we support children with special educational needs at Oakview, please see our SEN Information Report and SEND Policy below. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a concern, please speak with your child’s class teacher or contact our SENDCo at admin@oakviewprimary.com
